- Test incoming raw materials.
- Record and store all data concerning to QC, QA and QM
- Operate and maintain the equipment in line with its operating standards; report immediately defects in equipment to QC Supervisor.
- Supervise quality management on equipment defects.
- Arrange all QC staff to implement receiving test for raw material, products, semi-products…
- Ensure to provide necessary document to customers in time.
- Control dossier, document of QC group.
- Check quality of semi-products, products before delivering to warehouse by signing PWS.
- Ensure the quality of products to be completed in a good standard.
- Make plan and implementing to promote activities to reach QC target and meet customer satisfaction
- Ensure good working environment for QC group (working condition, equipment, working instruction..)
- Other tasks as required.
