Job Description
• Manage the calendars and schedules of multiple executives, prioritizing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Schedule, coordinate, and attend meetings, ensuring agendas are prepared and distributed in advance.
• Act as a point of contact for executives, screening phone calls, emails, and inquiries, and directing them appropriately.
