• Develop and continuously improve the company’s contract manufacturing supplier base with key stakeholders.
• Plan, execute and monitor department milestones according to department goals.
• Identify training needs and organize the relevant training for the commodity management team.
• Oversee the Sourcing of new requirements for assembly and integration requirements.
• Manage the implementation of changes with the contract manufacturers.
• Be the escalation path for assigned suppliers for other groups (e.g. Purchasing, Quality).
