Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Representative located in Indramayu. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns. Your day-to-day tasks will include communicating with clients, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Prior experience in account management or customer service is a plus
