Production Planner Executive

FARCOM S.A., a Greek cosmetics manufacturing company, is seeking to hire a Production Planner Executive for full-time employment at the Industrial Park of N. Redestos in Thessaloniki.

Responsibilities / Duties:
• Participate in the planning process of the factory according to customer demand and inventory forecasts.
• Update the schedule in the database (ERP).
• Communicate the schedule to the production department managers and coordinate to ensure proper implementation.
• Resolving problems that arise during the production process and liaising with the relevant departments to resolve them immediately.
• Liaise with Purchasing to ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging materials for the smooth execution of the production plan.
• Maintain production reports, monitor production indicators, update relevant databases, and prepare reports for management.
