Job Description

The L&D Global Support Specialist will support the strategic execution of L&D initiatives for the Learning and Development team for Global Supply Chain. Primary responsibilities will include the execution and management of global academies and their respective cohorts and ad hoc self-driven learning initiatives as well as maintaining department monthly reports and communications to stakeholders and learners.

Responsibilities and assignments
• Acts as a primary point of contact for all cohort participants for global academies (program logistics, technology troubleshooting, curriculum, etc.) and maintains NPS (+60 average on the year) across all processes; response >40%
• Creates and maintains program documents, resources, templates, SOPs, and reporting for global academies utilizing department technologies
• Deploys standardized communication plans for cohort and stakeholder communications
