Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kediri for a Production Staff. As a Production Staff, you will be responsible for day-to-day production operations, including but not limited to monitoring production processes, ensuring the quality and efficiency of production, managing inventory, and supporting the production team to achieve production targets within the specified time frame.

Qualifications
• Mr., minimum D3/Bachelor in Food Technology. Chemistry, Biology or equivalent, and max 25th
• Experience in a production environment is preferred
• Knowledge of production processes and equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime if necessary More Detail
