Job roles details:

• Ensuring the legal conduct of personnel entry-exit processes,

• Calculation of monthly salaries and preparation of payrolls,

• Fulfillment of all necessary notifications to official institutions and follow-up of required procedures,

• Monitoring of HR processes conducted with subcontractors,

• Providing support for annual leaves and attendance tracking,

• Providing support in employee relations and personnel affairs areas,

• Tracking and scheduling trainings

• Taking an active role in interview processes

• Supporting recruitment and training processes.
