We are searching for a Customer Care Manager to work at an important multinational company in the automotive sector located in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda, reporting directly to Business Support Manager.

Your main accountabilities will be:
• To attend enquiries from dealers in Spain, Portugal, and France (telephone, email, internal customer service software). Type of enquiries: estimated time of delivery, number of reference, parts availability, back orders, pricing, etc).
• Claim desk for logistics claims from dealers (damaged parts, lost cartons, quality issues, wrong deliveries, etc)
• Monthly report of activity.
• Responsible for parts contact center department (2 customer care agents), After a considered period of onboarding and learning about the company and the business...
• Contact to sales branches.
• To give training to dealers.
• To visit dealers and distributors of customer satisfaction assessment.
