Salary - $88,173 pa + Incidental Allowance + Leave Loading + Superannuation

Your role

Corrective Services Industries is currently seeking a trade qualified candidate for the Engineering overseer role at Hunter Correctional Centre. As the ideal candidate for this role, you must have experience across any of the following trades: Metal Fabrication, Welding, Fitting Machining.

What You’ll Do

As the ideal Overseer for this role, you will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong work ethics and integrity in line with CSI core values to train and supervise inmates as well as Quality control / inspection responsibilities to ensure compliance. You are also required to have sound computer knowledge, show strong resilience and have robust time management skills.
