Job title: ENP Site Manager

The ENP Site Manager manages Loop Abroad student groups who are volunteering and learning at the Elephant Nature Park (ENP) in Mae Taeng, Chiang Mai. Loop Abroad groups will arrive with American veterinarian instructors and American students. The Manager will coordinate the activity schedule during the 2 weeks period at ENP (6-20 Jan 2019). They will be the main liaison between mostly Thai staff at ENP and mostly American instructors of Loop Abroad. The Manager will oversee safety, health, behavior, group dynamics, petty cash, and supplies.

Key job qualifications:

– Thai National only (preferably living in Chiang Mai)

– Minimum Bachelor degree in any major

– Experience leading/managing groups of foreign young adults (16-29 years old)

– Fluent in English

– Thrive in an outdoor environment

– Ability to work and communicate cross-culturally
