Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of seniors? We are currently seeking a Chef Supervisor to join our catering team on a full-time basis. The position is based at our Cooinda aged care home in Lithgow, NSW.

The Position:
The Chef Supervisor is responsible for the daily operational management of the Catering Department and all food services personnel within the facility. The Chef Supervisor is required to implement, deliver, monitor and evaluate the Food Safety Program and ensure the catering department is managed and maintained within all formal accreditation standards and compliance requirements.
