Position Name : CNC Programmer with UG-NX / Hyper mill Software Ashikaga Jobs CNC Programmer with UG-NX / Hyper mill Software Job Description : Candidate should have extensive experience on generating multi axis CNC programs for NPI using UG-NX and Hyper mill software.

Hands on experience in preparing Machining Cycle Time (MCT) for various components Excellent experience on tool path optimization of Multi-Axis CNC Programming and machining techniques.

Experienced on Vericut machine simulation software and machine Configuration setting. Create manufacturing process 3D models using Siemens NX12 and above.

Strong knowledge on designing a jigs and fixture for the optimized manufacturing process. Excellent knowledge on Cutting tools, CNC Machines and Advanced Holding Fixtures.
