Our client, international manufacturing company, are looking for an IT Support engineer who will help them in Hardware and Software installation and upgrade, user equipment troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing IT equipment, and orient their users in the adequate office equipment usage.

Responsibilities
• To provide on-site or remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software.
• Troubleshooting Hardware and Software Issues: Desktop Support will diagnose and resolve any problems related to computer hardware, software, network, for all operations related, not only in office spaces, but also in manufacturing areas like LPSD, can lines or Quality Lab areas.
• Explain and document technical issues in a clear way to clients.
• Creating user accounts and managing access control based on company policies.
• Perform updates and upgrades to computers, hardware, and software as needed.
