• Analyze and review existing processes and procedures
• Analyze and review the functions and processes of existing equipment.
• Develop and apply new processes/procedures in the production department
• Research and develop innovative equipment and implement them where necessary.
• Supervise new processes and equipment and report on the waste reduction they provide, both in labor and costs.
• Evaluate current costs and production and develop plans to reduce waste, such as labor and costs.
