About The Role

In this role, you will:
• Standardise Reliability Reports and KPI’s
• Identify and drive reliability programs that consistently improve fleet MTBF and lower the overall operating cost base
• Identify operational factors that can impact equipment MTBF
• Identify opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of maintenance work through enhanced reliability program
• Continually liaise with suppliers and OEM’s to identify improvement opportunities
• Communicate innovations and improvements to key stakeholders in relation to reliability program
• Follow the Thiess Global Mining Change Management Process for all proposed changes to Asset Strategies & or Design Registration
