In this role, you will be responsible to design, lead and deploy talent programs and initiatives that ensure TVH has the right future capabilities aligned with our business strategy. You will advise, support and/or execute Organizational design and change interventions related to strategic transformation initiatives. You will be part of the global Talent Development team and report directly to the Talent Development Director.

Your role and responsibilities
• Manage the strategic and recurring workforce planning process aligned with the company strategic plan and yearly budget cycle
• Work with senior stakeholders and HRBPs to identify and evaluate changes in the internal and external environment that may affect TVH workforce and capability needs
• Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of the workforce planning initiatives
