Your role as Monitoring and Evaluation Manager will help us improve our production, and in turn increase the amount of cocoa and coffee we source and the impact we have, and deliver on our commitment to creating people and planet positive chocolate and coffee.

Responsibilities

Data Management and Reporting

- Collaborate with the wider impact team to ensure proper capture, management, and reporting of impact data.

- Develop and maintain an internal impact data management system linked to the ERP system.

- Ensure accurate tracking of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions across the company.

- Produce regular impact reports for internal and external stakeholders.
