Billing Engineer - Residential (Looking for Only Mumbai Based Candidates)

Years Of Experience: Min 3 Years

Job Location: Plot No 13/1 ⚊ TTC Industrial Area, Thane Belapur Road, Turbhe MIDC, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra - 400705. Need to Visit Sites too!

JD:
• Hands on experience in handling all billing related issues like quantity takeoff, measurement and certification for Civil and MEP services.
• Understanding of the Contract documents like drawings, BOQ and specifications and contractual requirements/obligation related to billing and payments.
• Should have experience in certification of MEP services bills.
• Making of payment sheets, follow-up for invoicing with contractors, solving queries of contractors related to billing
• Site visit for quantity, quality checking, item specification, measurements if any on regular basis
