Responsibilities :

Handling purchasing activities including sourcing, negotiation, preparing purchase order, follow-up and expedite supplier delivery, Maintain and updating purchasing records.
Obtaining approval from management only proceed the Purchase Order to supplier.
Issue invoice, quotation, work order, worker list, and renovation work application etc
Monitoring, follow-up and keep track on daily site arrangement (FACTORY & CONSTRUCTION team)
Handling general administrative and clerical support including mailing, incoming call, scanning, faxing, copying and filling.
Produce and distribute correspondence memo, letters and forms.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/STPM/"O" Level or equivalent.
Responsible, hardworking with positive attitude.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Word.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
