Key Areas of Responsibility

IT
• Management of company IT infrastructure
• IT Helpdesk - Investigating and dealing with IT/operations related problems, suggesting solutions and troubleshooting
• Management of network infrastructure – Cisco routers configuration and network policies and restrictions
• Work desk setup – laptop, monitors, keyboard, mouse and necessary cabling
• Work with external vendors related to purchasing, IT equipment, tech support, and infrastructure
• Windows installation, updates and software fixes
• Supporting company branches in Myanmar, Cambodia, Lao and New Business Units in the future with remote IT support
• IT projects such as software upgrades, CRM changes and other hardware related installation
