Responsibilities
• Data Control: Verify tenant data.
• Work with Leasing Department: Ensure all lease terms and conditions are accurately reflected in the SUN system as well as related software/hardware.
• Invoice Generation: Generate invoices for tenants.
• Revenue Fee Validation: Ensure all revenue fees are accurately invoiced and aligned with the terms of each lease contract, ensuring invoices are sent to the correct tenants.
• Payment Verification: Review tenant payments to ensure accuracy of invoices for each payment period.
• Debt Collection & Management: Maintain a low level of outstanding debts.
• Bank Account Control: Monitor all bank accounts, perform regular bank reconciliations, and manage necessary adjustments.
• Cash Receipts: Receive tenant cash payments, strictly adhere to cash counting rules, detect counterfeit money, issue receipts.
• Customer Account Monitoring: Supervise accounts of non-payment, delayed payment, and other irregularities.
