Description:
Our client is currently seeking a hands-on Front Office Duty Manager who will strictly oversee all front office personnel ensuring efficient completion of all front office duties. This person must be able to co-ordinate the activities of the front desk, reservations, guest services and telephonic interactions swiftly and effortlessly. This candidate will also be responsible for all staff training and support on a daily basis.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 – 4 years front office supervisory position in 4/5-star environment
Matric (essential)
Computer literate (proficient with OPERA systems)
Strong administration skills
Strong leadership and communications skills (essential)
Highly reliable, flexible and must be able to work under pressure
