Mandatory Skills – at least 2 years’ experience in:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical support/helpdesk role
• Strong knowledge of software applications, networks, and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult and complex situations
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience in managing and coaching a remote team
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
