Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Maintenance Manager - Poultry Farm who is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities on the poultry farm to ensure the efficient operation of equipment, buildings, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, as well as experience in managing a team of maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities:
• Organizing and coordinating daily duties in terms of maintenance
• Guiding Assistant Maintenance manager and supervisors to see to their daily duties
• Identifying maintenance needs and assisting with maintenance
• Controlling, supervising, and planning house preparation and cleaning
• Crisis Management ensuring that all portable electrical equipment is safe as per daily duty
• Ensuring weekly and daily checklist is completed for various equipment
• Ensuring that all monthly checklists are complete, including testing of equipment
