Role Description:Mobile phones and Telecom Installations

This is a contract role for an Online Support Specialist. The Online Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers through online and phone channels, troubleshooting and resolving issues, escalating complex issues to higher support levels, and maintaining documentation of all support activities. This is a hybrid role where the specialist is required to work onsite in Asaba but some flexibility is offered for remote work.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in an online support or customer service role
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with support software such as ZenDesk or Freshdesk is a plus
• Excellent typing skills
