Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Workassist, located in Indore. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks related to operations, including managing workflow, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Review & monitor AOF rejection cases, account closures, overdue FD & FD maturity data and renewals thereof
• Scrutinize and verify customer requests, AOFs as per prescribed checklist before dispatching for processing.
