An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Sister/ Charge Nurse/ District Nurse to join our Gorleston Primary Care Home teams delivering high quality nursing care to the population of Great Yarmouth and Waveney. If you are motivated, adaptable, forward thinking and you see yourself leading within community healthcare, then this could be the development opportunity for you. The role contains variety every day with a mixture of face to face clinical practice, triage, leadership and management. The role includes delivery of planned and urgent community response visits as well as supporting patients under the Step Up Virtual Ward.
