In your role as Test Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for supporting development of a test organisation with efficient use of all available resources.

Your tasks
• Managing a verification team
• Distribute tasks to internal and external teams and coordinate their work
• Present reports to management (PPM, Stream Leads, Global projectmanager) Critical questions regarding schedules and budget are also to be expected. The chosen strategy must be explained and defended
• Developing strategies for efficient testing in a high-pressure project, taking into account quality and deadline pressure
• Controlling the defined processes and quality gates. The challenge here is to take account of different process landscapes and cultures and, on the other hand, to work together on a product
