Job Summery:

Inspire, motivate, guide, develop and manage, and lead employees in order to meet the store’s objectives. Apply all company policies and procedures and best practice principles in order to maintain a harmonious labour environment

Job Roles:
• Monitor and manage staff attendance
• Effectively maintain administrative functions
• Ensuring customer driving into yard are attended to
• Maintaining staff roster for weekends and public holidays
• Effectively Co-ordinating customer deliveries
• Checking forklifts are ready to operate by checking oil, water and mechanical ports
• Reporting any discrepancies to management immediately
• Maintain and manage Stock effectively and accurately
• Physically checking stock and delivery vehicles leaving the yard
• To uphold and promote the company values and culture
• Ensure legal compliance with all legislation relating to the operation of the business and that appropriate action is taken in respect of all legal matters
