The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Engineering Services at the plant level. This includes coordinating engineering activities, implementing maintenance management programs, ensuring continuous improvement, and determining maintenance staffing requirements. Reports to: Group Operations Manager.

Keyresponsibilities associated with the role are:
Lead the implementation of preventive maintenance programs and provide regular reports on plant status.
Develop a training plan to enhance the diagnostic and troubleshooting skills of plant electricians and mechanics, reducing machine downtime.
Establish and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for plant equipment, machinery, and facilities.
Monitor maintenance costs, analyze equipment performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical support for troubleshooting, OEM coordination, and prompt restoration of operation during breakdowns.
