Hays Social Care are currently recruiting for Healthcare Assistant to provide care and Support to the elderly in Melton Mowbray . This will involve supporting and providing care and support to the adults and the elderly with challenging behaviour, brain injury, dementia and overall head care in a hospital provision.

Your new role
• Support individuals and their carers using a reablement approach to remain in their own environment improving quality of life
• To have the ability to assess service users' needs and a complete a care plan for the individual
• Maintain accurate and appropriate records in service users care plans and update office records and systems accordingly
• Support individuals with their personal care, medication prompts, light meal preparation / drinks, shopping and practical emotional support problemsWhat you'll need to succeed
