DOCUMENT CONTROLLER (QA/QC)

• Develop, implement, and maintain document control procedures.
• Control, monitor and distribute project documents.
• Coordinate all document-related activities, including technical files and correspondence.
• Review, update, and maintain documentation and databases.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of all records.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and archiving of documents.
• Offer project teams support with document control needs.
• Assist in organizing meetings and presentations.

Requirements:
• Minimum educational requirement includes a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma in a related field.
• At least 1 year of document control experience is required.
• Basic knowledge with Request for Information (RFI) is prefer.
• Experience in construction or railway industries is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in BATU ARANG, SELANGOR. More Detail
