• for complete production activities at Raipur plant, covering all products including Transmission towers, Railway structures, Railway and other Heavy duty Girders, Customized formwork for infra projects and Cuplock scaffolding.
• control over Departments like Production, Stores, Proto shop, etc.
• for planning and execution of production in line with the annual and monthly plan
• for On Time delivery of components/ products in line with the customer commitments
• for implementing Manufacturing excellence in the shop floor by driving all the benchmark practices like Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, Digitalisation, etc
• productivity & efficiencies in all the areas of manufacturing
