Responsibilities

Responsible for tasks within the LOD1 Operational Risk Management team including but not limited to:
• Assist ORM to manage operational risk events’ escalation and timely reporting with action and post-mortem following-up;
• Assist processing owners to submit workflow application for establishing quality operational controls and maintaining adequate permanent supervision;
• Support risk control self-assessments of business units and support functions and consolidate risk assessment result for ORM presentation to China management;
• Support local Committee (Operational Risk Committee, Outsourcing Services Committee etc.) by meeting material preparation, making meeting minutes etc.
• Support the outsourcing regular monitoring campaign by tracking the progress of completion for SG China Outsourcing
• Assist ORM to collect KRI information from owner departments and produce the monthly KRI report
