The Role:

This position will include the organisation of support in accordance with various funding bodies such as the NDIA, TAC and NIISQ Participants. Reporting to the Regional Manager and working in partnership with other Support Facilitators, you will supervise the support staff in implementing therapeutic, goal-oriented support services to the clients within your own caseload. This caseload will include participants that have High Intensity Care supports, so a firm knowledge of the health care systems, the ability to manage stakeholder relationships and training of support staff to deliver these supports is a mandatory component of this role.
