The customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Inspect received data for errors. Type rapidly and accurately both numerical and text data and enter data into an information system.
• *Minimum Qualifications & Requirements**
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage tine effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment
