Job Title: Stock Controller

Location: Gloria Inn Hotel, Ndola, Zambia

Position Overview:
Gloria Inn Hotel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Stock Controller to oversee all aspects of inventory management within our establishment. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, along with relevant qualifications related to inventory management and control.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.
2. Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained at all times.
3. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock and negotiate favorable terms.
4. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
5. Implement and maintain efficient stock management procedures to minimize losses and waste.
