Summary You will serve as Test Director responsible for Launch/Test Decision authority for all operations at NASA Wallops Flight Facility. He/she serves as the lead for all external communication between government, commercial, military, and civilian authorities responsible for safe execution of all operations on the range. He/she serves as the expert authority, directing and conducting a broad range of interdisciplinary studies and mission and flight operations. Responsibilities Serves as Launch Decision Authority (LDA) and Test Director for the Wallops Range during launch/flight operations. Oversees development of and directs launch countdown and test checklist activities during dress rehearsals and launch operations.
