Job Type Full-timeDescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYThis position provides quality service to patients in the clinic and via alternate communication methods (telephone, email, etc.) Medical Assistants/Nurse Aides assist the medical providers, serve as liaisons between patients and providers, and perform Medical Reception, and Patient Portal tasks (reception, telephone, scheduling) as needed.REPORTING RELATIONSHIPSThis position reports to the Medical Assistant Manager or Co-Assistant Manager.
