INVESTMENT ADMINISTRATOR | ref.MF149

An exciting new opportunity has arisen with our client to join them as an Investment Administrator.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Input of Dividends.

Input of Asset Standing Data.

Assisting with Corporate Action Processing.

Assisting with Settlement Processing.

Assisting in completing Custodian Asset Reconciliation.

Dealing with Client/IFA/Internal queries connected to these team tasks.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Experience within the Life Assurance industry or Investment/Fund industry preferred, but training can be given to the right applicant.

GCSEs (or equivalent) grade C or above - including English and Maths.

Good numeracy skills.

Ability to work accurately under pressure.

Possess strong planning and organisational skills.

Familiar with Microsoft Office in particular Excel.
