Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide care and assistance to individuals in need. As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by providing essential support and companionship. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Our Client provides accommodation opportunities for adults who have experienced a variety of complexities and inequality.

As a Support Worker will need to be skilled at building positive relationships, deliver appropriate emotional and practical support to individuals experiencing homelessness and with multiple and complex needs. Ensure that individuals with complex needs receive enhanced support to access treatment and wider services as part of their journey.

Location: Hitchin

Hours: 7am to 3pm (early) or 1pm to 9pm (late) for 5 days out of 7 totaling 40 hours per week.

Rate: £11.44ph
