• Management of the entire sales process from the initial request through to the arrival at final destination.
• Liaising with internal (e.g. crew planning, flight dispatch) and external partners (e.g. brokers, handling agents, catering companies) to ensure the client’s needs and wishes are met.
• Coordinating and communicating flight revisions to Clients and Partners in a timely fashion; this includes delays, weather updates, changes in scheduling…
• Grow both B2B and B2C Customers
• Develop additional sales on Experiences with our Network of Partners (Yachts, Private Villas, Hotels etc.)
• Expanding on Client CRM by acquiring detailed knowledge of Client specifics
• Proactively monitoring flight status and resolve any issues and problems which occur.
• Organization of all catering, and additional Client requests (ground transportation, transfers, accommodation, reservations, …)
