? Respond to Network Incidents o Partake in a call out rotation

? Complete planned maintenance procedures o Site planned maintenance visual inspection and functional check o Structural Inspections o Lightning Protection Inspections o Customer Control Room inspections o Telecom tower inspection

? Site and Master Site operation, maintenance and troubleshooting o Capacity upgrades/downgrades

? Microwave transmission operation and maintenance o MUX/DEMUX operation and maintenance

? Coordinate and work with sub contractors supplemental support services.

? Mobile site asset deployment and recovery

? Maintain the installation of the system in compliance with Motorola R56 Standard and Guidelines
