- Planning, steering and controlling of a variety of customer program developments or a customer platform program under consideration of quality, cost and timing
- Responsible for the customer related development of the programs / platform within the budget / CAR released
- Define and implement targets for the assigned programs or platforms
- Ensure, coordinate and document program related information flow with all internal and external departments and pass/control work packages and tasks to the assigned departments and members of the program team
- Define program team structure to manage effectively the customer, products, projects and geographical complexities of allocated customer in line with customer requirements
- Ensure the application of FLP according to the QS guideline
- Work out program budgets (investments, tools and piece costs)
- Control and achieve program / platform targets from nomination until SOP + 90 days / plants sign off
