StaffAtAClick, a well-established company in the Temporary Employment Services Industry, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant. This is a permanent position and is based in Edenvale.

Duties & Responsibilities

The incumbent will have primary responsibility of playing a supportive role in the overall functionality of the Talent Acquisition Department in terms of recruitment, termination, general administration, screening and shortlisting of candidates whilst developing and fostering a good working relationship.
• Recruiting and screening of candidates both TES and Once off Placements.
• Assisting candidates to apply on our online Recruitment App and using this platform as a main source to recruit candidates from.
• Ensuring all new candidates have thorough reference and background verification checks done.
• Compile a shortlist of standby employees.
• Enrolling new applicants on Staff Data Management System
