• Greet guests and visitors to the resort in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide information about the resort and its services, including room rates, amenities, and activities.
• Handle guest requests, such as making reservations, arranging for transportation, and providing recommendations for local restaurants and attractions.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Maintain the front desk area and ensure that it is clean and organized.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist with other front office duties as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
