This post will be responsible for supporting weekly sessions and courses developing music, drama, and dance skills with young people.

Candidates must have significant experience in teaching either guitar, bass guitar, drums, keys, vocals, or music tech. Experience working within a drama and dance setting would also be desirable.

Candidates should hold, be working towards or be willing to work towards, a JNC recognised Youth Work qualification, and have experience of working with groups of young people in a youth work setting.

Candidates with equivalent level qualifications and experience who already work within an education setting but do not hold a youth work qualification will also be considered for this role.

A support package to achieve a JNC recognised Qualification in youth and community work for those who do not already hold this may be available.
