Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Role for a project/Stein layer located in Asker/oslo området. Duties will include being responsible for all levels and water management laying and installing block paving, and levelling and grading surfaces to ensure proper installation. The project/Stein layer will also be responsible for estimating materials and labor costs, coordinating with other construction workers, and maintaining tools and equipment.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a project/Stein layer or similar role
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
• Knowledge of various pavers and finishes, and familiarity with the properties of natural stone and concrete materials
• Proficient in the use of power tools, and equipment used in paving projects
• Ability to estimate and calculate materials and labor costs, and communicate with construction workers
