We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Sales Manager at Rola Ford Robertson. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Furthermore, the Sales Manager will be responsible for creating a customer-focused sales culture and promoting the Rola Ford Brand.

Minimum Requirements

Min Grade 12
Computer literate
At least 3 years’ experience in Vehicle Sales Management
Proven Networker
Proven track record of meeting monthly sales targets
High attention to detail. Organised & structured
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
Ability to effectively strategise & implement plans and controls
